The Lincoln Park Pool was to reopen Tuesday after it was temporarily closed for repairs Sunday evening.

Part of the repairs included fixing a leak in a recirculation pipe.

Arbor Hill Community Center Pool, Mater Christi Pool and the 11 spray pads in Albany were all open on Monday. However, safety measures are in place to avoid the spread and contraction of COVID-19.

Arbor Hill Community Center Pool has a capacity limit of 40, and Mater Christi’s is 26. The pools are only open to Albany residents because of the COVID-19 capacity. Those who wish to use the pools must provide proof of residency — a driver license, school ID card, utility bill, etc. — to be admitted.

Pool visitors are required to wear a mask at all times, except when swimming, and practice social distancing. Lockers and showers will be closed, but restrooms will be open and disinfected hourly.
