KERNERSVIL­LE, N.C. — Barbara Anne Judge Pharo, age 78, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020.

She was born in Albany, resided in Ballston Spa and recently moved to Kernersvil­le, N.C. She was affectiona­tely known as Do-dee and Ruby. She enjoyed shopping, coffee and donuts, and scenic drives to her favorite spot, Lake George. She had a strong Christian faith.

Wife of Anthony Pharo of Ballston Spa. Mother of Anthony Pharo Jr. of Schenectad­y and Lori Dichello and Louis of Kernersvil­le, N.C. Grandmothe­r to Brittany Dichello-moon and Jeffery Moon of Harrisburg Va., Joshua Dichello and Anthony Pharo III of California. Great-grandmothe­r to Oliver Moon. Daughter of the late William and Josephine Judge of West Albany. Sister of William Judge of Colonie and Michael Judge of East Poestenkil­l and the late Patricia Shahinian, Joseph Virginia and John Judge. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Home, Cumby Family Funeral Service, High Point N.C. A celebratio­n will be planned later to celebrate Barbaro Pharo’s life in her favorite location, Lake George.

Dad loved golfing and bowling in numerous leagues with relatives and friends.

Rock retired from the phone company after 38 years of service. His fondest memory was working three weeks on the summit of Whiteface Mountain ensuring communicat­ions were maintained so all could enjoy watching the 1980 Winter Olympics broadcast from Lake Placid. Hall of Fame broadcaste­r Dandy Don Meredith paid the crew a visit to deliver pizza!

Dad was a devout Catholic and parishione­r of Christ Our Light Church, a member of the Zaloga Post, Polish Citizens of America Club, Thunder Road Seniors, and West Albany Fire Dept. #1. Papa was predecease­d by his wife Peggy Duncan Rochminski; sister Geraldine (Gerry) Horton; his parents, Anthony and Carolyn Stachura.

He is survived by three sons, Michael (Pam) Rochminski, Mark (Lisa) Rochminski, John (Gigi) Rochminski; grandchild­ren, Alysa Rochminski (Phillip Tatti), Zachary (Chrysanne) Rochminski; and greatgrand­son Carter Rochminski, as well as many cherished cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. A Mass will take place Thursday at 10 a.m. at Christ Our Light Church, 1 Maria Dr., Albany. Chapel size limited to current N.Y.S. guidelines and masks required in the building.
