Albany Symphony: “Tchaikovsky Serenade,” 7:30 p.m. Satudray. http://www.albanysymphony.com. A performance featuring works by living composers Jessie Montgomery and Caroline Shaw as well as captivating pieces by George Walker, Jean Sibelius and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The event will be streamed live and in real-time from Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs. There will be a pre-concert talk at 7 p.m. and a post-concert question and answer session with artists for season subscribers.
