Saratoga Springs decision postponed

Wednesday’s meeting of the Design Review Commission was canceled after the owners of 65 and 69 Phila St., Saratoga Springs asked that their request to demolish the historic houses be taken off the agenda. The principals of Helen Case LLC, the houses’ owners, want more time. The commission is expected to take up the application again Feb. 10.
