The Uniting Line Project Team: Hoosick Street Bridge Underpass Mural. The Uniting Line, a collaborat­ion of the city of Troy, The Arts Center of the Capital Region, TAP, Inc., and Collar Works is seeking proposals from regional artists for the Uniting Line Underpass Mural that will transform the Hoosick Street Bridge underpass area into a major public amenity and beacon of creativity. Artists living within the counties of Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectad­y, Washington and Warren counties are eligible.
