EAST GREENBUSH — Mary Magdalene "Madeline" Halloran, 86, a beloved mom and grandmothe­r, entered into peaceful and eternal rest on Monday, April 5, 2021, at the Schuyler Ridge Residentia­l Healthcare Center. Born on November 17, 1934, to Frank R. and Agnes A. Lill, Madeline grew up in East Greenbush and graduated from Columbia High School in 1952. Madeline lived in Saratoga County for the past 27 years and had a career in healthcare before retiring.

Survivors include her children, Agnes Gavin (Jim), Patricia Kovalefsky (Ed), Mary Halloran (Marc Davies), Michael Halloran (Teresa), and Ann Halloran (Kellie Mcgary); her grandchild­ren, Julie Kemeklis, Pamela Darcangelo (Matt), Katie Laterra (Vince), David and Lauren Kovalefsky, Alex, Nick, and Tori Halloran, and Ali

Tori Halloran, and Ali Mcgary; her greatgrand­children, Andrew, Tiffany, Evelyn, Marissa, Nick, Jackson, Zoe, and Preston; step-grandchild­ren, Nick, Gavin, James, Jeff, and Jesse; as well as stepgreat-grandchild­ren, Caitlin, Braden, Lisa, and Sarah. Madeline is also survived by her sister Catherine Moffre (Dominic) and many nieces and nephews. She was predecease­d by her parents, Frank R. and Agnes A. Lill; and siblings, Frank Lill, Jack Lill, and Margaret Belschwind­er.

Madeline’s family was the center of her life. She will be remembered for her kindness and compassion, and for the love, joy, and support she brought to her family and friends. Madeline was always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear, as well as loving comfort and reassuranc­e when needed. Anyone blessed to have known her was truly fortunate to have had someone with such a loving and beautiful soul touch their life.

Funeral services will be private at the convenienc­e of the family.

The family would like to thank the staff at Schuyler Ridge Residentia­l Healthcare for the wonderful care she received over the past three years. In lieu of flowers, contributi­ons to the Schuyler Ridge Residents’ Activities Fund, 1 Abele Blvd., Clifton Park, NY, 12065 in her memory are appreciate­d.
