Mcmanus, Beatrice Tully

ALBANY — Beatrice Tully Mcmanus, 99, died on Friday, June 10, 2022, at St. Peter’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Beatrice was born in Colonie, the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Tully. She graduated from The Academy of the Holy Names, Albany Business College and Siena College. She was employed by General Electric and later worked at St. Peter’s Hospital. In retirement, she spent many happy years as a volunteer at St. Peter’s thrift shop.

She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Ellen (Gerard) Laurencin of Toulouse, France, Mary of Albany, and Bridget (Lawrence) Honeycutt of Templeton, Calif. She was the much loved Grandbea to Sara, Danielle, Madeleine, Gabrielle, Ellen, Heidi, Julie, Daniel, and Philip; and her greatgrandchildren, Timothee, Lilly, Eleanor, Catherine, Sebastien, Joseph, Esme, Cove, Cosmo, Kirby, and Azalea. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James; cherished son, James Jr.; sister, Evelyn Van Ullen; and brothers, John Tully, and Thomas Tully.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her service on Thursday, June 16, at 1 p.m. in the Parish of Mater Christi, Albany where her funeral Mass will be celebrated.
