The recently opened Flea Market, at 2922 Route 7, Howe Caves, next to the old Boreali’s Restaurant and across the street from the Howe Caves Post Office, hosts more than 30 vendors offering thousands of items. Business hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays to Sundays. New, used and vintage goods are offered at prices ranging from $1 to several hundred dollars.

Tamarac High School is hosting a trades and career fair from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 16, in the multipurpose gym, showcasing more than 30 local unions, businesses and trade schools. Students will have the opportunity to speak shops and other establishments with companies hiring right out
of high school and learn about opportunities to be successful if they choose not to go to college.
The Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corp and Schoharie County Arts and Arts Board Member Christine Harris hosts a gallery, “Abloom” at 287 Main St., Schoharie. The public is invited to a reception to launch the installation at 2 p.m. Sunday. The reception will offer “Abloom” inspired refreshments from Brimstone Bakery.
