Public lecture sheds light on ‘New Viruses’

The Albuquerque International Association hosts a public lecture on “New Viruses: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” at 3 p.m. Friday, July 29, at the UNM Continuing Education Center, 1634 University NE.

The speaker, Dr. Terry McNearney, has researched how viruses evolve and adapt.

Admission is $20, $15 for association members and free for students with ID.
