Sickels, Hildegard P.

Hildegard Pauline Sickels, a native of Germany and an Albuquerque resident since 1980, was taken from us on August 23, 2016, after a prolonged bout with multiple illnesses.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, P.C. (Tex).

She is survived by her daughters, Pauline Ansell and husband, David, and Rosalinda Sickels and husband, Mark Pawlak; grandsons, David Jr. (wife Kathleen) and Christopher (wife Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Kyla and Scott Ansell; sister, Gerta Febuary; and brothers, Adolf, Gerhardt, And Eugen Schweizer, all of Germany.

A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH – University, followed by Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
