Stephan (Conrad) Garcia passed away August 17, 2016.

He was born January 25, 1967. He was preceded in death by his father Conrad Garcia. He is survived by his mother Linda; sister Dorraine; and brother Monte. A gathering for family and friends will be held Saturday August 27, 2106 at 3941 Ruffin Ave. S.W. at 12 noon.
