Betty Ruth Womack-Pierce,

84, Lincoln, passed away September 16, 2016.

Born December 22, 1931 in Granite, Oklahoma to Firzell and Georgia May (Tucker) Morris. Homemaker Ruth was an avid golfer, volunteered for numerous foundations and causes and loved spending time with her family in the mountains.

Family members include her husband, James; children and spouses, Tom (Betsy) Womack, Albuquerque, NM, Carol Womack, Lincoln; step-children, Vicki (Gary) Hassessian, Prescott, AZ, Randy (Wendy) Pierce, Dallas, TX, Cathy (Paul) Sparks, San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie Butters; great granddaughter, Kylie Butters, all of Albuquerque, NM; sisters-inlaw, Linda Morris and Jeanie Morris. Preceded in death by parents, first husband, Leldon T. "L.T" Womack, brothers, Donney Z. and Kenney S. Morris.

Graveside services will be held at Sunset Cemetery at 924 Menaul Blvd., N.E. in Albuquerque, New Mexico at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday October 29, 2016.
