A story in Thursday’s Journal incorrectly reported the amount of good time Tony Torrez would receive after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in the killing of 4-year-old Lilly Garcia. He must serve at least 85 percent of his 16-year sentence. His sentence could be reduced by 15 percent for good behavior.
