Sandia Resort & Casino offers a million reasons to get out of the cold
Sandia Resort & Casino is giving many good reasons to get out of the cold and warm up with several hot promotions this December. “Spin a Million” kicks off on Saturday, Dec. 3. The promotion is open to slot and table game players, with winners selected through hot seat drawings taking place every 30 minutes from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Selected winners get a chance to spin the wheels for a chance at $1 million by matching three logos. All winners will receive cash, with the total depending on the amounts on the wheel.
Enjoy more hot seats fun with “Holly Days Free Play Hot Seats” today, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Dec. 9, 12-13, 15-16, 19-20, 22-23, 26-27 and 29-30. Drawings will be held every hour between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. There will be five winners selected during each drawing. Winners will have a chance to win $60 in free play for slots or table games.
Table game players also get another chance at cash during “Table Games Santa’s $50K Money Cache” on Thursday, Dec. 8, 15, 22 and 29. Drawings will be held on these dates every hour between 3 and 7 p.m. There will be five winners selected between 3 and 5 p.m. and one winner chosen at 6 p.m. and at 7 p.m. Prizes include $500 in tables free play, $500 in cash and $1,000 cash. Winners must claim their prize within 10 minutes or the prize will be forfeited. All unclaimed prizes will be included in the 7 p.m. drawing and will be added to the $500 cash prize amount. If the 7 p.m. prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited, the amount will roll over to the following week’s 7 p.m. drawing.
Help those in need this holiday season and earn some free play with a donation of nonperishable food items now through Dec. 16. Donations will be accepted from 8 a.m. to midnight. Guests who bring two nonperishable food items will receive $5 in slot or table game free play. Patrons who bring in five nonperishable food items will get $10 in slot or tables free play. The slot free play is valid for two days.
If you need a little help with holiday shopping, Sandia has you covered with its “Gift Card Giveaway” on Dec. 10 and 17. Drawings will be held each hour between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. There will be five winners per drawing. Prizes include $250 gift cards from Walmart, Lowe’s, Best Buy and Visa. Guests also have a chance to win a $500 Visa or American Express gift card. The promotion is open to slot and table players.
Poker players at Sandia have their own hot seat drawings to look forward to toward the end of each week with “Poker Thursday Hot Seat Drawings” on Thursday, Dec. 8, 15, 22 and 29. Drawings will be held at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. for a chance at up to $150 cash.
Take advantage of “Sunrise Bonus Points” and earn 4,000 bonus points with a $50 buy-in between 8 and 10 a.m. now through Dec. 29. Beginning Sunday, Dec. 4 and running through Dec. 22, take part in “Santa’s Cash Add-On.” There will be a $300 cash add-on to the prize pool during weekly poker tournaments.
Santa’s Deepstack Tournament will be held at noon on Dec. 17. There is a $235 buy-in and registration begins at 8 a.m.
Sandia is paying poker enthusiasts to play with its “You Play We Pay” promotion. For the first 20 hours played, guests will receive $20 in cash. For every hour after, players will receive $1 per hour played. Cash redemption begins Jan. 5, 2017, for play in December. This is a one-time redemption.
