READY FOR SKIING
A skier climbs a slope at Ski Santa Fe as snow-making machines blow fresh powder on Wednesday. The resort, which will open Saturday and start running lifts, has received 11 inches of snow from storms in the past week and has been making snow around the clock as temperatures have stayed well below freezing.
