A story published Monday on the Journal’s Education page should have made it clear that the New Mexico Spelling Bee coming up in March includes students competing from about twothirds of towns or cities in New Mexico. The El Paso Times sponsors a spelling bee that includes towns and cities in the southern third of the state.
