1929-2017

Rose Tafoya Andrews, A lifelong resident of Belen,

New Mexico, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, April 2, 2017. She was a member of

Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, Sacred Heart League, and the Desert Stars.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Andrews; parents, Joe and Cleotlilde; brothers, Raymond, Louis, Jose and Orlando who died at infancy; sisters, Irene Tafoya Padilla & husband Joe Padilla, Delores Tafoya Bean and her husband Dave Bean; grandson, Richard Moore; nephew, Gary Sanchez; niece, Valerie Tafoya-Rino; grand-niece, Kenadee Brooke Golliheair & daughter-in-law, Annie Lewis. She is survived by her sons, Steve Moore, Frank Moore & wife Valentina; brother, Danny Tafoya & wife Angie; grandson, Gregorio Moore & wife Elena; granddaughters, Samantha Moore & Alyssa Moore; great-grandchildren, Micaiah, Eben and Beia Moore.

All services will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, on Monday, April 10, 2017. A public viewing will begin at 8:30 a.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m., and a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Greg Moore, Kenny Padilla, Mark Tafoya, Dale Tafoya, Alyssa Moore, and Ben Andrews. Honorary pallbearers will be Noah Tafoya and Mason Rino.

The family of Rose would especially like to thank Kathy and Frank at Casa Anna Maria for their loving care. Thank you to Pam Wink for her Love and Care.
