THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE is sponsoring a class, Albuquerque

Concierge Excellence (ACE), at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday in the McDavid Lounge (ground floor, southeast entrance) at WisePies Arena (The Pit), 1111 University SE. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. and the class starts at 9 a.m. New to Albuquerque or simply looking for a refresher on how to go above and beyond with your customer service? No matter where you stand, we’ve got you covered. Join us at our ACE class, a three-hour course that explores things to do and see in the Albuquerque area, as well as do’s and don’ts of customer service. This class is helpful for all positions to learn how you can better each visitor experience.

RESORT & SPA, a luxury resort located on the Santa Ana Pueblo, is hosting a job fair from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday at the resort, 1300 Tuyuna Trail. The property is seeking applicants for full- and part-time positions, including bartenders, servers, front office agents and managers, security officers, event services managers and more.
