THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQU­E is sponsoring a class, Albuquerqu­e

Concierge Excellence (ACE), at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday in the McDavid Lounge (ground floor, southeast entrance) at WisePies Arena (The Pit), 1111 University SE. Registrati­on begins at 8:45 a.m. and the class starts at 9 a.m. New to Albuquerqu­e or simply looking for a refresher on how to go above and beyond with your customer service? No matter where you stand, we’ve got you covered. Join us at our ACE class, a three-hour course that explores things to do and see in the Albuquerqu­e area, as well as do’s and don’ts of customer service. This class is helpful for all positions to learn how you can better each visitor experience.

RESORT & SPA, a luxury resort located on the Santa Ana Pueblo, is hosting a job fair from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday at the resort, 1300 Tuyuna Trail. The property is seeking applicants for full- and part-time positions, including bartenders, servers, front office agents and managers, security officers, event services managers and more.
