SANTA FE HUMANE SOCIETY
Stop by the Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society to meet Flagstaff, a shelter favorite. He’s a little guy with a big, fun personality. He loves long walks, playing with other dogs, chew toys and treats. He’d make a great companion for an active family.
If you’re looking for a feline friend, meet Jasmine, a 10-year-old female chocolate-point Siamese cross. She is a beautiful cat who came to us declawed and needs to be an indoor cat. She loves to play.
These and other animals are available for adoption from the shelter at 100 Caja del Rio Road. The shelter’s adoption hours are 11 a.m.6 p.m. daily. See them and others up for adoption online at www.sfhumanesociety.org or call 983-4309 ext. 610.
Visit adoptable animals in the community during the shelter’s weekend mobile adoption event. Saturday from 11 a.m. 3 p.m. at the Adopt a Pet, Adopt Some Art adoption and fundraising event, at Canyon Road Contemporary Art, 403 Canyon Road. Then on Sunday from noon-3 p.m., the team will be at Teca Tu, DeVargas Center, 165 Paseo de Peralta.
