Townsend, David William

David W. Townsend, Jr.’s amazing 92 year adventure ended June 10, 2017. He was born August 30, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY.

When Dave was a child, his father’s work as a civil engineer took the family all around the country, which included spending time in New Mexico. His eclectic career took him and his beloved wife Anne all over the U.S. and to China, Pakistan, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. They also enjoyed traveling to many other parts of the world. Dave was a tireless volunteer when it came to veteran’s affairs, missionary ministry, and his favorite, Nativity Church.
