Ashe, Angela M. (Paiz-Rodriguez)

Angela M. Ashe (Paiz-Rodriguez) beloved mother, grandmother, g reatgrandmother, aunt and sister, moved from this earth to become an angel in heaven on June 11, 2017. She leaves a legacy of love and kindness to all who knew her, she will be greatly missed. She and the family’s littlest angel, great granddaughter, Ayla Estelle Ardaiz now play together in Heaven.

Born to Arthur V. and Eliza R. Ashe on October 24, 1931 in the small logging town of Heck Canyon, NM. She was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Florentino M. Paiz and Albert Rodriguez.

Continuing her legacy of love kindness are her seven children, Patricia K. DeMartini, spouse Ray, Jerry Paiz, spouse Debra, Dennis Paiz, spouse Debbie, Rick Paiz, spouse Laura, Yolanda Peters, spouse Richard, Stella DeHart, spouse Steve, and son Tim Paiz. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 26 greatgrandchildren. As well as her siblings, Ray Ashe, Joseph Ashe, Elizabeth Chavez, Stella Archuleta and Grace Olivas and the many nieces and nephews who loved her.

Celebration of Life mass will be held June 22nd at 9am at St. Bernadette’s Shrine, 11509 Indian School Rd, Alb, NM. She will be buried at the National Veterans Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM at 3pm.

The family wants to thank the Presbyterian Hospice Hospital in Albuquerque for the amazing and loving care given to Angela in her final days. We would appreciate any memorial donation to this amazing organization.
