City Councilor Isaac Benton helped beekeeper Anita Amstuz cut a yellow ribbon proclaiming the city’s status as a Bee City, one of a handful of cities across the nation that pledges to reduce or eliminate chemicals that are toxic to bees and other pollinators in addition to creating healthy spaces and policies for the bees.
