Fermentation Festival

It’s billed as the only festival of its kind in the Southwest: The New Mexico Fermentation Festival, and it happens today from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House, 6029 Isleta SW, in the South Valley.
