Claudia Sanchez,

87, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at A Love For Life (Bear Canyon) assisted living in Albuquerque, NM with family by her side.

Claudia was a very giving, loving, happy and adventurous person. In the early days she enjoyed camping trips with her husband Tony and children Richard, Michael and friends.

She always enjoyed her Thursday night Georgia St. bridge club and went on to become a Silver Life Master which included traveling to out of town tournaments. International travel with her friends was always enjoyable and something she looked forward to. She had a talent for making flower arrangements for her home and friends.

She was preceded by her husband Anthony (Tony) Sanchez.

Surviving family members include son Richard Sanchez, wife Mary Jean and son Michael Sanchez, wife Annette, and grandsons Chris and Jeff, along with nieces and cousins.

A memorial service at Risen Savior Catholic Church on Wyoming will be held on October 16th at 10:00 a. m. Cremation has taken place and a interment at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe will occur at 3:00 P.M.
