Mexico is near the bottom. Students compete on national standardized tests. There is a scientific standard agreed to by 26 states, except in New Mexico, (where) the current governor has chosen to dumb down our science curriculum. She intentionally gives our children a competitive disadvantage. Is this acceptable? DDM
