Never open your door unless you know what is on the other side.

If you have motion detectors inside the home, have them directed toward the places where you keep valuables.

If you have weapons in the home, keep them in a locked safe.

If you leave your car parked outside, install ignition disabling technology or use a steering wheel lock like The Club.

Don’t let packages sit outside your house. Have them delivered to your office or to a neighbor who is at home.
