HOLLYWOOD —God Bless America, and how’s everybody? Our week of the funniest jokes of 2017 continues, with part two of our annual Year-in-Review.

MARCH: The Hollywood Reporter confirmed reports that O.J. Simpson may be released from the Nevada State Prison in July. TMZ says in anticipation of his release, O.J.’s already being courted to star in his own reality TV series. It’s being pitched to the networks as a cross between the Bachelor and Survivor.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Barack and Michelle Obama have signed a sixty million dollar His-and-Hers book advance deal with Random House on Tuesday. The Democrats were at a loss for words when they heard the news. Even the Obamas are doing better under President Trump.

APRIL: Don Rickles died at age ninety of kidney failure in Hollywood Thursday. His life drew warm and fond words of remembrance from President Trump. He rose to the top by cheerfully insulting blacks, Hispanics, women, gays, Asians, Italians, Jewish people and Muslims, and so did Don Rickles.

The Comedy Store’s forty-fifth anniversary show tonight in Hollywood includes Bill Burr and Yakov Smirnoff and myself. We can’t avoid politics. Last week I helped my old buddy Yakov punch up a joke and now House Democrats want to remove me from comedy for colluding with the Russians.
