Mother never knew a stranger and had a very big heart. She was known to take in complete strangers off the street, allow them to shower and feed them a hot meal even though money and food was tight with raising five kids alone on a meager salary. Mother made friends wherever she went, most becoming lifelong friendships. Mother will be sorely missed by all. Her generosity of spirit, tenacity for life was a testament throughout her time on earth. Although our hearts grieve with tremendous sadness, we are comforted knowing that her struggles are over with her failing body as she has been freed into a realm of light, life and peace. We are comforted in knowing that we shall see her again.

The family extends their sincerest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who so lovingly cared for her the last nine months.
