Report: N’Dir leaving Ags for Pitt

Sidy N’Dir is leaving New Mexico State to play as a graduate transfer for the University of Pittsburgh’s men’s basketball team, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is reporting. New Mexico State confirmed that N’Dir had taken a visit over the weekend, but could not confirm his commitment to the Panthers, who are under firstyear coach Jeff Capel.

N’Dir told the website Pittsburgh Sports Now that he came to Pitt, which went 8-24 and 0-18 last year in the ACC, because he “wanted to see something different and play against higher and better competition.”
