Clorida Archuleta

Clorida (Clara) Archuleta, 83, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully at her home on May 28th, 2018.

She was born in Trementina N.M., on November 17,

1934 the daughter of the late Estevan Cordova and Lucinda Trujillo. She was preceded in death by her husband Pedro (Pete) Archuleta and son Modesto Archuleta, one brother Donicio Gonzales, and sisters Bessie Jaramillo, Estefana Martinez, Lydia Martinez, Lucy Montano, and Ida Humphrey.

She is survived by two sons Alonzo Archuleta (Suzette), Gilbert Archuleta (Claire), and daughter Nancy Archuleta (Gerald). Two brothers Fred Cordova (Lydia), and Benito Cordova. grand-children Raoul, Peter (Jenny), Jessie Archuleta, and Francisco Gurule (Catherine), Megan and Melina Baca. great-grandchild­ren Alicia, Abbie, and Jessika Archuleta, Natasha and Cheyenne Roudolph and Damon Fleming, Julianna Gurule, Alijah and Avah Baca and greatgreat-grand-child Leiana Yara and several nieces and nephews.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held before the Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception with Father George Salazar as celebrant. Interment followed at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.. Pallbearer­s are as follows: Alonzo, Gilbert, Raoul, Peter, Jessie Archuleta and Francisco Gurule. Honorary pallbearer is Nancy Archuleta who took care of her mother for 17 years. Arrangemen­ts are entrusted to:
