God bless America, and how’s everybody? One of the wildfires raging in California is the largest in state history. In addition to all the fires, the state is also plagued by record-setting heat. I read today’s weather forecast for California in the Los Angeles Times and in the Book of Revelation.

National Football League Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown weighed in on the national anthem controversy, saying that he would never drop to one knee and kneel during the anthem. For crying out loud, Jim Brown is 82 years old. There’s no way he’d get back up.

President Trump this week tried to keep a low profile while playing golf and vacationing at his Trump National Golf Club up in Bedminster, N.J. During the president’s vacation, they’re doing extensive remodeling at the White House. They plan to replace the carpets, the drapes and Iran.

The Washington Post reports Democrats plan to attack Trump’s evolving policy on legal immigration. They claimed Trump is taking measures to try to cut back on legal immigration and reducing visa stay time for foreign visitors. Some guys will do anything to get rid of their in-laws.
