Job Corps plans commencement

Albuquerque Job Corps Center will join 125 Job Corps centers across the country to celebrate commencement day on Aug. 17 for students who completed the program this year.

Job Corps offers underserved youth academic opportunities and career pathways tailored to meet the needs of business and industry. The agency has served more than 3 million out-of-work young adults and underserved youth nationally. Many are high-school dropouts or public-assistance recipients.
