The family would like to thank the staff at The Woodmark Assisted Living Facility for their compassion in the care of our mom. So many of the staff went far above their job descriptions in mom’s care. We would also like to thank those residents who so readily welcomed mom into their lives. Your friendship with mom and with us is cherished. Thanks also go out to Dr. Lesa. Your genuine concern and care for mom in her home harkens back to an era in medicine that truly meant "family doctor." Finally, the family thanks Honor caregivers. We would especially like to thank Roxanne, who treated mom as if she were her own mom. We will never forget your kindness and love.

Mom unselfishly lived her life for her family. Her whole life revolved around her children, grandchildren, and husband. She taught us the lessons of responsibility, of morality, manners, a strong work ethic, a commitment to family, our professions, and our faith. She loved without bounds, and we are all so fortunate to have been the beneficiaries of that love. Hopefully, we will continue her legacy of giving love freely and of being good, honest, hardworking people.
