Gary Hosfelt

Gary Adam Hosfelt, 43, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018. He was born in Cashocton, OH on August 11, 1975, to Gary and Carolyn Hosfelt.

Gary is survived by his loving partner of 14 years, Sandi Maynes; children, Kristin and Adam Hosfelt; parents Gary and Carolyn Hosfelt; sister, Heather Weingarth and husband Bud; nieces, Savannah and Shania. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Raymond Hosfelt; aunt, Sondra Homell; and uncle and aunt, Bill and Dorothy Viegel.

Gary graduated Ridge Wood High School in 1993, then went on to attend and graduate from The Ohio State University. He was the Buckeyes’ #1 fan. Gary enjoyed deer hunting, golfing and fishing. He worked for 15 years at Manzano del Sol and his patients brought joy and happiness to his life. His love for the Buckeye Nation was rarely matched by others.

Gary helped coach his son’s baseball team.

He was actively involved in all of Kristin’s and Adam’s activities. Gary was a phenomenal partner, Daddy, brother, uncle, and son. He loved his family with all his heart.
