Whether its money, free play or a new truck, its a winwin during Isleta Resort & Casino’s “Trucks & Bucks” promotion.

Promotion drawings will be held from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Friday and Saturday through Oct. 13. Five winners will be chosen in each drawing. Each will get the chance to win cash. One lucky participant will be invited back at 10 p.m. on Saturday for a chance to win one of six new 2018 Ford F-150 trucks.

Patrons receive one free entry daily and can accrue additional entries with every 25 points earned playing slots, table games, poker, and bingo. Players also can swipe their Eagle Rewards Club card at the kiosk on Tuesdays for a chance to win up to 1,000 additional tickets.

Try and hit the “Cash Bull’s-eye” at Isleta. The hot seat drawings will be held from noon to 8 p.m. each Sunday through Oct. 7 . Patrons will have a chance to win up to $1,000 every hour. Earn 25 points playing your preferred slot machine, table game, poker, or bingo to be eligible.

Isleta is recognizing football season with “Poker Football Fundays” on Sundays and Mondays through Feb. 3. There will be featured games on Sunday and Monday nights during the regular season, playoff games and Super Bowl. There will be $25 added to the next hand of each poker table player for every touchdown and $10 added to the next hand of each player at the poker table for every field goal.

Head over to Isleta’s nonsmoking sister location, Palace West, for “Hunting for Hundreds.” Guests can win up to $100 in free play each hour from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday through Oct. 11. Earn 25 points prior to each drawing playing your favorite slot machine to be eligible.

Isleta will hold a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19 for “Time Exposures,” a special exhibit detailing the history of the Pueblo of Isleta. The event, which is open to the public, will feature traditional foods and dances.

The exhibit tells the story of the Pueblo of Isleta through photographs and artifacts. Visitors will learn about the traditional activities on the pueblo through Isleta songs and stories recorded as early as 1904, according to an Isleta news release.

“’Time Exposures’ speaks to the essence of traditional Puebloan life,” Pueblo of Isleta Gov. J. Robert Benavides says in the release. “This is a story we’ve eagerly shared with the country, and now we’re very proud to bring the exhibit home to New Mexico.”
