Janella Anne Belsher

Janella Anne Belsher was lifted by the lord to be reunited with her husband, Milton Belsher, on October 19, 2018. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmothe­r, daughter, sister, and aunt. Jan was known for her love and loyalty to her family.

She is survived by her children, Tony, Jeri, and Michelle Hess and her husband John; grandchild­ren, Hope and Zachary Hess; sisters, Joyce Hardin and Joan Kenley; and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved Chihuahua, B.B. Jan was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Belsher; and parents, Ralph and Viola Smith.

Jan was born in Waco, Texas, but always classed herself a native New Mexican. She owned and operated Hair Concepts Salon, where many of her clients became her second family. Milt and her also co-owned M-J Silver Crafts, where Jan designed the jewelry Milt produced.

Jan was a talented singer and enjoyed singing at friends and family events. But most of all, she simply enjoyed spending time with these friends and family.

A celebratio­n of life will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, at 425 Towne Park Dr, Albuquerqu­e, NM 87123 in the Towne Park Club House, located at Eubank and Chico.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite charity, the giraffes at The Rio Grande Zoo, or the American Cancer Society.
