THE GENTLEMAN holding the microphone on the Pit floor making announcements and running time-out promotional activities at the women’s basketball games may as well be talking to a wall. His voice is so distorted that you cannot understand a single word he is saying. It is annoying and we, as fans, would rather hear music instead of what sounds like garbled yelling at us. —Frustrated Fan

I BELIEVE Coach Davie is a decent man. As such, I hope he will do the decent thing and resign, so the University does not have to choose between buying out the remainder of his contract or reluctantly keeping him on.
