Outpost offers Latin music classes

The Outpost Performance Space kicks off its 10-week “Latin Music Classes for Youth & Adults” this week.

Classes are 8-9:30 p.m. Mondays (Feb. 11-April 15) and 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays (Feb. 12-April 16) at 210 Yale SE.

Participants must have at least an intermediate knowledge and skill level (minor & major scales) and a willingness to practice what they are learning outside of the class.

The final meeting will be a mandatory recital at 7 p.m. April 16.
