I am inspired by leaders who can inspire and empower others to be successful. A mentor of mine taught me that you don’t have to do it all yourself, you just need to surround yourself with good people and let them do their job. That was great advice.

Describe in one sentence your vision for New Mexico.

New Mexico will be a leader in the healthcare industry and improve our education system for our children and our future.

What specific skills/knowledge do you hope to gain from your participation in Leadership New Mexico?

There is always so much to learn. I think it is great that we are brought together to learn what is happening in many sectors across the state, plus the networking opportunities are endless. I can take bits and pieces from everyone in class. It is an honor to be included.
