Who or what inspires you as a leader and

why? I am inspired by mentoring, working with and watching team members grow. I love getting people interested in their own development and helping them to blossom into something beyond what they thought possible.

How do you see yourself applying your Leadership New

Mexico experience? I see myself getting more involved in public policy than I have in my past. What I have learned thus far and expect to learn in future sessions is totally transferrable to my business life, home life and personal wellbeing. What steps do we need to improve the future of our state? The state has to tackle the poverty and educational issues. New Mexico has all the natural resources needed to create additional tax dollars which could be used to reverse the current trend(s), provided bureaucracy is put aside.
