Embiid scores 27, leads 76ers to win over Cavs

Bulls rookie White hits seven 3-pointers in fourth quarter

PHILADELPH­IA — Joel Embiid scored 27 points, including the go-ahead dunk with 13.2 seconds remaining, to lift the Philadelph­ia 76ers to a 98-97 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night.

Josh Richardson added 17 points and Ben Simmons had 15 for Philadelph­ia, which won despite missing 30 of 38 3-point attempts. Tobias Harris missed all 11 of his 3-point tries.

Jordan Clarkson and Kevin Love each had 20 points to pace Cleveland. Collin Sexton added 18 points, and Tristan Thompson had 17 points and 12 rebounds for the Cavaliers. PACERS 111, THUNDER

85: In Indianapol­is, T.J. Warren scored 11 of his 23 points in the third quarter to lead Indiana over Oklahoma City.

Malcolm Brogdon had 20 points, six rebounds and five assists, and Domantas Sabonis had 18 points and 16 rebounds for the surging Pacers (7-4), who have won

seven of eight, including four straight.

In Miami, Jimmy Butler scored 11 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter, added 13 assists and Miami wasted most of what was a 29-point lead before hanging on to beat Detroit.

White missed his first five shots from the field and began the final period with just four points. But the rookie guard put on a dazzling show down the stretch.

White finished with 27 points.

JAZZ 119, NETS 114: In Salt Lake City, Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points, Rudy Gobert had 18 points

and 15 rebounds, and Utah beat Brooklyn.
