19 3-POINTERS (an astounding 57 points) given up to Colorado State in a pathetic 105-72 loss? Definitely not a Bob King defensive performance. He wouldn’t have believed it. No intensity whatsoever on this team. We certainly miss King’s yelling, Norm Ellenberger’s foot stomping and Steve Alford’s fist shaking. Paul Weir just stands and watches. I actually liked the old Weir who used to “beat himself up” after losses. Now it’s more like “whatever.” It’s 3 (or 4) days in Las Vegas once again. I BELIEVE GEOFF GRAMMER … along with Coach Weir were wrong when they said they have found a point guard in JaQuan Lyle. Lyle has over 20 turnovers in his last four games. McGee looks to be the only point guard. How about Weir letting him out of his doghouse and for the good of the team and letting him play? — SS
