New Mexico leaders offer their tributes to Ginsburg

A public event honoring Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s life and work is scheduled to take place from 6 to 8 p.m. today — Sunday, Sept. 20 —at Tiguex Park near Old Town. Organizers ask that attendees wear masks and maintain social distancing and other COVID-19 precautions.
