“WE ARE WHO WE ARE”
(Streaming on demand) Oscar-nominated director Luca Guadagnino (“Call Me By Your Name”) makes his TV debut with this stylishly absorbing, eightepisode drama about a teenage boy, Fraser (Jack Dylan Grazer), who must move to an Army base in Veneto, Italy, where his mother (Chloë Sevigny) is the new commander and her wife (Alice Braga) is a medic. Acting out his anger, Fraser tests boundaries that are physical (beyond the base confines) and emotional — a little like a mashup of “Euphoria” and “My Brilliant Friend.”
