Faustino (Tino) Valdez

Faustino (Tino) Valdez - 96 - A beloved Husband, Father, Grandpa, Great Grandfather, and Friend, passed away with his loving granddaughter and son by his side on February 14, 2021. Tino was born July 21, 1924.

He was a hard worker, he was a landscaper employed by Ms. Pepperday, Mrs. Gallespie, and Tom Lang. All who knew him agree he was an amazing, kind, generous, compassionate man. He loved his family and loved playing his guitar. We will never forget that beautiful smile, you will be in our hearts forever.

He was born in Gualupe, New Mexico and was a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Perfilia (Valdez); son, Arthur (Art) Valdez; sister, Olivia Royal, and Mary Moreno.

He is survived by his son Juan and wife, Dolores Valdez; Granddaughters, Jesse Valdez, Janelle (Palomita), husband, Jeff CdeBaca, Justine (Babydoll) and husband, Orlando Apodaca, daughter-in-law, Margaret (Donna) Valdez, granddaughters, Linda (Lindita) Archuleta, Loretta (Palomita) Valdez, and Monica (Guerita) and husband, Juan Candelario. Nineteen great- grandchildren Brandi (Blondie), Divon (Cowboy), Dominic, Santiago, Atreyu, Ezekiel, Alicia, Josiah, Jeremiah, Cruz (Cruzito), Antonio (Tony), Alejandro (Alex), Nayeli (Babydoll), Dominic, Jasmine (Guerita), Natalee, Araceli, Sophia, and Annalee. Brother and sisters, Rose Martinez, Antonio (Tony) and wife, Melody Valdez, Benny (Cleto) Valdez.
