She is survived by her husband, Shelby, her sons Glen (Miriam) and Kenny (Catherine) and her four beautiful grandchildren, Tristan, Shelby Faith, Dalton, and Jacey. Her gift to her family and friends is a mantra she composed. “I will embrace this day with enthusiasm, optimism, with acceptance, with kindness, with gratitude, with joy, with patience, with humor, with courage.

I will be calm. I will be steady. I will be serene. I will remember that happiness is a choice. I will find happiness and contentment and let go of the things I cannot change. I will refrain and reframe. I will try to become a better person and I will make the most of the gift of this beautiful day.”

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. To join in remembering, Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 10:00 am at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 9315 Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112
