SCORE Albuquerque will host its workshop titled “Ask the Expert Q&A: Marketing” from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom. Local expert DJ Heckes, chief executive officer of EXHIB-IT!, has decades of experience as a small-business owner. She will answer marketing-related questions such as branding materials, timing, message, social media and how to develop a marketing plan. New Mexico Public Relations Society of America will host Cookies, Construction, y Cultivo: How good PR principles play a part in stakeholder engagement, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Tuesday March 28, at the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, 1309 Fourth SW. In recognition of Women’s History Month, NMPRSA welcomes leading ladies in their industry to discuss how a strong communications and public relations foundation is helping grow their organizations and strengthen stakeholder relations. The panelists are Rebecca Latham, chief executive officer of Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails; Carla Kugler, president and CEO of Associated Builders & Contractors of New Mexico; and Roberta Ricci, vice president of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce. The session’s moderator is Karen Moses, editor and senior vice president at the Albuquerque Journal. The cost is $40 for NMPRSA members,$20 for students and $50 for nonmembers.
