AVIATION REPAIR STATION PLANNER
Must be able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints, customer and aerospace standards.
Computer skills and experience working in a computer system for writing instructions, researching data and printing related documents is required.
AIRCRAFT WELDER
Minimum 2 years experience welding aircraft alloy material; TIG/GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). Certification in Stainless Steel, Titanium, Aluminum and Inconel within 2 months is required. Must be able to read and follow Repair/OEM specs.
FIBERGLASS TECHNICIAN
Experience using fiberglass or carbon fiber cloth and compatible resins/hardeners preferred but not required.
SHEET METAL MECHANIC
Minimum 2 years experience in the Aircraft Industry. Blue print reading required. Development from blue prints or mylars. Familiar and interpret specifications. Problem solver. Familiar with fitting, bending, rolling and riveting, use of power brake on aircraft allows. Must have own tools.
AVIATION REPAIR STATION RECEIVING INSPECTOR
Minimum 2 years experience in commercial aircraft and engine heavy maintenance preferred, knowledge of repair and overhaul of components/ parts with a minimum of 3 months in the quality assurance/inspection organization for inspecting components for repair station activities. Computer skills required. Licensed Airframe and Powerplant under FAR Part 65 a plus.
Quality Engineer Repair Station
QUALITY ENGINEER REPAIR STATION
Minimum 5 years experience in the Aviation industry. Good understanding of the maintenance aspect of repair and overhaul of components/parts. Familiar with Federal Aviation regulations.
QC INSPECTOR – MANUFACTURING
Must have at least one year in a manufacturing environment. Duties will include inspection, test, and documenting results of product inspection. The position also includes inspection of product support equipment (i.e., tooling) for manufacturing, support calibration and tool verification.
