Glen A. Lar­son, one of tele­vi­sion’s most pro­lific pro­duc­ers of sci-fi and fan­tasy pro­gram­ming, died Nov. 14 of esophageal can­cer. He was 77. Lar­son is best known for work­ing as a writer, cre­ator or ex­ec­u­tive pro­ducer on such iconic tele­vi­sion se­ries as The Six Mil­lion Dol­lar Man, Bat­tlestar Galac­tica, Buck Rogers in the 25th Cen­tury, Quincy M.E., Man­i­mal, Au­toman, Knight Rider, The Fall Guy and Mag­num, P.I. He also was a con­sult­ing pro­ducer on more-re­cent re­vivals of Bat­tlestar Galac­tica and Knight Rider.
