ADAMS, Mark Allen Born the sixth child to Matt and Rosalie Adams on Jan. 14, 1953, at Saint Mary’s in Long Beach, Calif., passed away on April 17, 2023. Mark passed unexpected­ly, with his loved ones by his side. A loyal resident, he lived in the Antelope Valley his entire life. Taking after his father, Mark worked for and was co-owner of Adams Metallizin­g and Grinding. Mark was a devoted husband to his wife and love of his life Crystal Adams, whom he married on March 14, 1987. He was a dedicated and supportive father to his two daughters, Deanna Barnes and Courtney Adams. Although he was unable to fully enjoy his retirement, Mark sure lived his life to the fullest. Mark not only possessed a life well lived, but a life well loved. He will be remembered by his raspy voice, contagious laughter and infectious smile. He was preceded in death by his parents Matt and Rosalie, brothers Jerry and Phillip, nephew Tyler Lynch and niece Brooke Melville. He is survived by his wife Crystal, daughters Deanna (Todd) and Courtney (Steve), grandchild­ren Tucker and Tatum and siblings Ronie (Rita), Dianna Sanford (Dave), Pam Rawlings (Bill), Mike (Vicki), Linda, David (Martha), Cindy (Jane Finley), Cathy, Claudia, Mary, Annette Lynch (Andy), Carol (Jim Allen) and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Services for Mark’s Final Lap will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at The Antelope Valley Fairground­s in the Van Dam Building, 2551 West Ave. H, Lancaster, Calif. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to The Lost Angels Children’s Project. In true Mark fashion, please come dressed in what makes you feel comfortabl­e, even if that means rocking your favorite NASCAR tee or cherished hat.
